FINGERSPOIL GAMES SOFTWARE LICENSE TERMS

ATTENTION: USE OF THE SOFTWARE IS SUBJECT TO THE SOFTWARE LICENSE TERMS SET FORTH BELOW. USING THE SOFTWARE INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE LICENSE TERMS.

The following License Terms govern your use of the accompanying Software unless you have a separate signed agreement with Fingerspoil Games.

LICENSE GRANT. Fingerspoil Games grants you a license to use as many copies of the Software for unlimited time without any license fee. “Use” means storing, loading, installing, executing or displaying the Software. However you may not modify the Software.

OWNERSHIP. The Software is owned and copyrighted by Fingerspoil Games.

COPIES AND DISTRIBUTION. You may make as many copies of the Software as you wish. You are encouraged to distribute the Software. However you must reproduce all copyright notices in the original Software on all copies.

NO DISASSEMBLY OR DECRYPTION. You may not disassemble or decompile the Software unless Fingerspoil Games’ prior written consent is obtained. In some jurisdictions, Fingerspoil Games’ consent may not be required for limited disassembly or decompilation. Upon request, you will provide Fingerspoil Games with reasonably detailed information regarding any disassembly or decompilation. You may not decrypt the Software unless decryption is a necessary part of the operation of the Software.

LIMITED WARRANTY AND LIMITATIONS ON DAMAGES. THE PROGRAM IS PROVIDED ON AN 'AS-IS' BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINGERSPOIL GAMES DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. FINGERSPOIL GAMES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROGRAM WILL OPERATE ERROR FREE, OR IN AN UNINTERRUPTED FASHION. IN NO EVENT WILL FINGERSPOIL GAMES BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM POSSESSION, USE OR MALFUNCTION OF THE PROGRAM, INCLUDING DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, LOSS OF GOODWILL, COMPUTER FAILURE OR MALFUNCTION AND, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURIES, EVEN IF FINGERSPOIL GAMES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME STATES / COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS AND / OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND / OR EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION.

EXPORT REQUIREMENTS. You may not export or re-export the Software or any copy or adaptation in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
